What is SWARM Network?

Swarm Network provides open technology to enable the creation and management of digital assets.

Swarm Network’s SRC20 protocol is open, permissionless, a standard allowing anyone to build on top and fully empowering the user with the ability to create regulatory compliant digital assets.

Swarm Powered Fundraise uses SRC20 to perform regulatory compliant fundraises for security tokens.

What is Swarm token SWM?

SWM is the essential utility token that powers the Swarm Network ecosystem.

Swarm’s native token SWM (ERC20) is the lifeblood of the Swarm Network, it gives a voice to all holders. Swarm has its own elected council Swarm Network Council (SNC), the members of which are selected by ballot of Swarm holders on Snapshot.

Governance: Participate in network votes for the treasury, council members, fees, rewards, and more.

Stake SWM Uniswap LP Tokens: Provide liquidity for the Swarm Network ecosystem and earn the highest rewards.

Stake SWM: Stake your SWM tokens to participate in network governance and earn rewards.

Swarm is required as fee for services to mint tokens on Swarm’s SRC20 protocol.

This fee depends on the value of the asset being tokenized, if raising funds via e.g. MySwarm.app – the value of the raise and subsequent SRC20 mint – post fundraise.

SWM fee table for issuers, 80% distributed to SWM Stakers, 20% goes to Treasury:

Fee (Calculated in USD, paid in SWM) $2,500 0.50% 0.45% 0.40% 0.25% 0.20% 0.15% 0.10%
